IWV007: 1925 Crossley 19.6 Custom
The 19.6 Custom was fitted with extra features to enable it to operate in difficult terrain such as might be found in India and the Middle East. These features included extra spare wheels, extra storage boxes and, most notably, a passenger windscreen fitted to the top of the front seats with extendable side flaps to protect passengers in the rear seats from the inevitable dust storm on unmade Asian roads and tracks.
